Deborah Denson uses her background in business and finance with her training in Nonviolent Communication and Conflict Management to provide customized consulting, conflict coaching and mediation services designed to help individuals and organizations. She teaches effective communication, can identify underlying problems in conflicted situations, and will provide a process for creating solutions. She is adept at providing recommendations to update, simplify, and enhance processes and procedures, and empowers individuals and organizations for carrying them out.
She provides opportunities to learn and practice new skills. As a teacher and mentor, Deborah is able to simplify seemingly complex ideas, concepts, or principles in an easily understandable fashion. She has offered workshops and presentations on conflict resolution and Compassionate Communication at the Tennessee Women’s Prison, the Monteagle Sunday School Assembly, and for private groups.
Deborah is passionate about mediation where individuals and groups come together to create their own solutions.
